Association Organization
As a not-for-profit, non-political and educational association, the Tsinghua University Alumni Association in Greater Chicago is operated under its By-Laws. All officers, including the President, and members of the Board of Directors are Tsinghua alumni who volunteer their time to serve the Association. Financially, most Association's events are self-supported by contributions from the event participants. The Association does greatly appreciate financial donations through the years from many individual alumni and business identities run by alumni. Without their generous contributions, many of our community service programs would not be possible.

Association By-Laws
The Association's first By-Laws was established in December 1991. During 2006, for preparing government registration, the By-Laws were updated.
